ChipotleFeedback is a customer satisfaction survey conducted by Chipotle Mexican Grill. The survey is available online at www.ChipotleFeedback.com, and customers can take it after their visit to a Chipotle restaurant. The survey asks questions about the customer’s overall experience, including the food, service, cleanliness of the restaurant, and value for money.

• You must be at least 13 years old to take the survey.
• You must have visited a Chipotle restaurant in the United States or Canada within the past 7 days.
• You must have a valid email address.
• You can only take the survey once per visit.
• You cannot enter the survey multiple times using different email addresses.
• You cannot share your survey code with anyone else.
